Hi friends, This is Fatima.

heartfulness relaxation & meditation session was being conducted today in my college and it was very unique in its approach. heartfulness conducted guided relaxation and meditation session, this is the first time i exposed to such kind of meditation and relaxation technique.
Firstly,  we were asked what make you feel stressed? So some student replied exams,loneliness,rejections and competition and so on. 
Than there was a presentation about Stress and Eustress means stress in right sense.how human body and mind response to stress and what are possible  consequences diseases when body is exposed to the stress. they elaborated about what should be the mental state so it can handle stress in productive manner and how to balance between work and life and how heartfulness meditation  facilitates to reduce stress also the other benefits of practicing this meditation like regulation of mind, helps to concentrate, brings clarity and focus, healthy sleep etc. 
Than they asked us why do we meditate on the Heart? Have you ever heard like she is very nice minded person? he is very kind-minded man? of course not.  Heart is meant to love, to care, it is the source of all the qualities so that's why we are supposed to meditate on the heart so it get purified. once source gets purified of all the other qualities itself get improved.
 During the relaxation, we were asked to gently close our eyes sit in comfortable posture and follow the instruction. there was a suggestion we supposed to have that source of light is there in heart.
